Who can request a valuation?
Banks, financial institutions, corporates, MSMEs, professionals, individuals, government departments and international funding organisations can all request a valuation, including for judicial filings and tax filings.
What information and documents are needed to begin?
This depends on the asset and the purpose. For property, we usually need ownership documents, the address or survey details, and any approved plans. We’ll send you a list when you contact us.
Do you work outside Hyderabad?
Yes. Although we are based in Hyderabad, we already handle assignments in cities across India, and we continue to do so. Karan Rathod leads every assignment, supported by a network of associated valuers.
